StickyTickets is an Australian Service that allows you to schedule events, both paid and free. Similar to Eventbrite.
Channel42 loves them because they easily facilitate multiple ticket pricing and scheduling. As an Internet based company, you can use them too.
Aussie Logos another (obviously) Aussie based Internet Service – so don’t let that stop you from using them – provides the best and most cost effective Logo Design service we’ve come across.
For just AU$199, they’ll provide a number of designers, designs, and unlimited iterations until you’re delighted.
Saasu You can buy accounting sw for $100’s. You can also upgrade it every year to account for the updated tax tables. You can purchase enterprise editions to handle international transactions. Or you can use Saasu. Free for up to 20 transactions pm, or a really inexpensive subscription basis thereafter.
Believe me, enabling your bookkeeper to access your accounts without having to come onsite, and your accountant, without having to visit or close your books at month-end, is not to be underestimated. The perfect, and most affordable, solution for today’s business.

GoDaddy hosts all of our websites. Yep, they all run on IIS7 on Windows 2008 Server. GoDaddy also provides open source hosting, domain registrar services (incredibly cheaply), the best WordPress hosting, not to mention hundreds of one click application installs for your website.

Dotster is where we’ve registered all but our .com.au domains. It’s where we recommend our customers register their domains. Not as cheap as GoDaddy perhaps, but Dotster does give more control over your domain records.
The people at Channel42 have been using Dotster for the better part of a decade now. If you want control over your domain, we can’t recommend Dotster highly enough.
Get GoDaddy or another host to host your site, host your own, or just host it at WordPress.com. Either way, WordPress is the quickest, cheapest, and most professional platform to host your own site. It supports innumerable Themes, and has the most plug-ins and support on the Net. Your business isn’t too small, nor too big, to run successfully on WordPress.
You want to setup a professional looking website, without having to learn HTML, PHP or any of that other stuff. Well Thesis is theme you want to install. Here at Channel42 we’ll gladly design and install your site, but if you just want to do it yourself, we recommend buying the Thesis theme. Seriously, maximum flexibility, heaps of support, minimal knowledge required. Oh, and the best SEO support out there.
